Regional Chair Iannicca called the Debt Issuance Committee meeting to order on February 11, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers, Regional Administrative Headquarters, 10 Peel Centre Drive.

Julie Pittini, Director, Treasury Services, provided an overview of the serial debenture issuance stating that on January 14, 2021, Regional Council approved the issuance of debentures on behalf of the Town of Caledon and the City of Mississauga. She stated that the Region of Peel priced the debenture on January 29, 2021, securing financing for the $47.1 million, 1-10-year Serial debenture at an all-in yield of 1.213 per cent.
