Barry Lyon Consultants Ltd., be extended to provide additional consulting services and analysis, in the amount of $112,500 (excluding applicable taxes), for a revised total contract amount of $467,350 (excluding applicable taxes), in accordance with Procurement By-law 30-2018, as amended;
